A few months back I gushed and gasped at a Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan event. Yes, I was smitten with the paints, but the event’s location is what had me in awe. The Elements I Love warehouse was the setting for Annie’s showcase and it truly blew me away. If you love antiques and eclectic homewares with a history, you’re going to be delighted by today’s news-just-in!
Elements I Love is the brainchild of co-creators Brooke Crowle and Tim McGuigan. They started the store in 2003 under the name Architectural & Antique Elements, but have witnessed the brand adapt and change with the market over the years, morphing into the amazing Elements I Love that stands today; a warehouse located in Leichhardt and a beautiful store in Surry Hills.
The good news is, for antique lovers not in Sydney, there’s a brand-spanking new online store that’ll give you your furniture and decor fix without the drive.
“Bringing the stores together online has been worth the wait,” Brooke tells me, “and creating a beautiful site is essential in today’s online world, even if we do trade in antiques”.

Have you been to the Leichhardt or Surry Hills stores before? I’d love to know what you thought of the dreamy window displays.
Oh dear, I’m always moaning there’s nothing left here in ACT, and no one lets me loose inSydney – this could be the solution. This could be dangerous! 😉
hahaha live dangerously, Alyson!!! 🙂 You only live once, I say – buy the antiques haha!
