Hanging Bloom black and white floral wall art from Wall Style against grey wall

This Week’s Top Design and Decor Finds, April 14

I’ve noticed a pattern emerging already in this weekly design and decor series. Candles and wall art seem to keep finding their way into the list. What can I say? I’ve always been heavily hooked on candles (more on that here). And lately, wall art is taking over as my number two homewares obsession (it used to be cushions, but I’m slowly moving away from them).

That is the life of a decor addict, though. The need to consume, collect and display homewares is a void that can never be filled. I’m certain you understand exactly what I mean.

I hope this week’s design and decor finds make your heart race too. Let me know if you’ve picked up anything amazing in the comments below. I’d love to hear what hot buys you’ve come across!

This Week’s Top Design and Decor Finds, April 14

1. New Art from Wall Style

The hero image in this post and the photo directly above are both from local brand Wall Style. I love their black and white imagery the most, but there’s a whole host of marvellous options over in their online store.

Wanna know the best part? You can score 15% off their art just for being a TLC reader.

Sawdust Bureau at end of bed grey carpet bedroom with white bed linen

2. Beautiful Bureau from 11-Point-1

11-Point-1 are an awesome Melbourne biz who create designer pieces for the home that feel truly unique. They have a whole host of interesting creations over on the Handkrafted Website, but this Sawdust Bureau is my favourite. It can hold magazines, shoes, and anything else you need stored stylishly. I’m in love.

3. New from Greg Natale

I’m always in awe of the products Greg Natale releases, but his latest is a true stunner. Wall tiles like this you definitely do not see everywhere, and boy are they breathtaking. Click here to find out more about the Groove range if you’re after wall tiles with wow factor.

Winterwares Candle handcrafted white porcelain candle vessel

4. Winterwares Candles

Good golly Miss Molly. This Woodland Trail candle from Winterwares is giving me serious heart palpitations. Hand-poured into gorgeous ceramic vessels with an organic look and feel, the burning wax gives off the scent of glorious essential oils. I need 25 of these around the bathtub this winter. Or one. One would also work!

Middleton Cafe in Prahran Melbourne blue feature wall with gold lighting and white furniture

5. Kate Middleton-inspired Cafe

A cafe fit for a royal? That’s who the Middletown Cafe in Prahran, Melbourne, is inspired by. The design of this stunning cafe pays homage to modern muse Kate Middleton and features a contrasting terrazzo checkerboard floor from Fibonacci Stone. I am so in love with this colour palette, and I’m SO thrilled I’m in Melbourne and can go check it out in person.

6. Cuddly Cat Beds

You know I’m a crazy cat man, so I was over the moon to discover Aussie brand Lavish Tails, who produce a range of beds, toys, clothing, accessories and stacks more for both cats and dogs across the country. Cute cat beds like this Cloud 9 option are so hard to find. Something tells me that my cats Emi and Mim are in for a treat soon 😉

arlo wooden dresser from west elm on blue and white tiles floor

7. Divine Dresser

West Elm continue to release eye-catching and eclectic furniture and decor. This Arlo Dresser has just landed as part of their winter drop and I love it. Merging new and old, and with stunning tapered legs, I can only imagine the styling possibilities that could occur around it.

It’s meant to be a dresser but I can totally see is used as a sideboard in a dining room!

What design and decor discoveries have you come across this week? I’d love for you to share what you’ve bought in the comments below so I can take a look at it all.
