I love clever storage solutions, and the one’s I’m showing you in today’s post come with an added bonus; they look absolutely stunning!
Hand-Painted Baskets from Fazeek
Allow me to introduce you to the wonderful world of Fazeek; a Melbourne brand that creates the divine storage baskets you see in this post.
Started about 18 months ago by Jackie Fazekas, the business was born out of Jackie’s desire to get her hands dirty and immerse herself in product design. Having spent years working in hospitality, styling and events, she’s finally able to call Fazeek her full-time job; a solo project she pours her heart and soul into.
The designs from Fazeek are so visually pleasing, don’t you think? Whether you’re a fan of a bold and bright print – like the ones above – or a subdued colour story gets your heart racing, their are options for everyone in Fazeek’s varied range (though the Wiggle design you see in peach above is probably my fave).
Jackie tells me that when it comes to choosing which colour and patten combo she loves the most, it’s no easy task.
“It’s hard to narrow my favourite design down to one, as I designed the range to compliment and look great together. In my house I have all the different patterns, but each one is in a different colour which really builds a beautiful story”.
Of course, it’s not all about looks. The beauty of these baskets is how versatile they are. I love that there are oodles of stylish ways to hide and tame your mess and clutter, and Jackie agrees that you can use them for just about anything.
“People are loving them for indoor plants, kids rooms for all the toys or even in the lounge room storing blankets and things like that,” Jackie explains. “I went on a picnic the other day and it was the best picnic basket! Thinking when summer time comes again these will be great for the beach as well”.
Inspired by Scandinavian design, you can see why these baskets from Fazeek are so popular. The good news is that Jackie is giving you the chance to win one below, so scroll a little further and enter away!

Hello, I have 2 granchildren that often come to my (very small) apartment. The basked will be great for their special things to go in and the yellow is my colour I use to contrast the apartment.
Wiggle emerald basket would look funky with a pineapple in it. I’ve been buying them with the leaves on specifically to create new plant life…..but I didn’t realize they two years to grow. Patience, Paula, patience hahahaha
they are certainly stylish storage options. I would choose the white spots for my neutral toned bedroom where 28 years on Im still trying to get my husband to pick up his clothes.
Oh man I love them all!!!! But I guess my fave would have to be the polkadot lilac one. I would put in it a big palm. Just an excuse to go plant shopping!! Yes please x
I really love all the colours and patterns, the yellow and royal blue are beautiful! I would use it my lounge room to put the kids crocheted blankets in…
Ok so if I haven’t already succumbed and bought one or more by the time the competition is drawn, I NEED the ZigZag lilac basket (and possibly one in every colour). My lounge room has little natural light and dark wood furniture. Now that it’s winter the basket would be so cute to not only store extra blankets & whatnot in but would help add a colour pop to an otherwise quite drab corner. But then again I also am looking for a “feature basket” to store gift wrap and some fabric rolls in my study too. Ok. Adding 1000 to my cart now haha.
These are just gorgeous! I would love all of them, but you cant beat anything in royal blue! ! These would be perfect to store my girls winter blankets in the lounge room
What a great versatile idea that looks fabulous. I love the lilac and emerald zigzag designs and I would put them to great use by putting a lovely fiddle leaf fig in them to brighten up my home and office. I would be sure to showcase them to all of my visitors
These baskets are gorgeous! If I had to choose just one it would be the Royal Blue although the Emerald is pretty too. Thanks for sharing!
Love the squares black basket! My little boy has a gorgeous monochrome room but no toy storage yet and this would be perfect!! Yes please!
