IKEA Winter Entertaining + Win a $500 Voucher.
I adore the cold. There’s nothing I love more than an open fire, glass of red and anything containing even trace amounts of chocolate. The cold weather is also a fab opportunity to gather indoors with friends (or your main squeeze) and get entertaining. This season, IKEA has come to the party – with a killer competition to make wintertaining a breeze!
(Brought to you by Nuffnang and IKEA)
First up, the team at IKEA have a ‘Home of the Hearty’ quiz.
This tool allows you to figure out your home entertaining style. Answer four easy questions and have the gurus of decor tell you which table setting suits your interior. You also get step-by-step instructions on how to create the look so you can kit out your kitchen and dining room with confidence. I completed the quiz and got ‘Relaxed and Rustic’, which inspired the setting you see in this post.

Here’s the best part; the IKEA Wintertainer Competition!
If you’re keen on scoring a $500 IKEA voucher to make your home come to life this winter, you need to get all over this competition.
All you have to do is jump onto the Facebook app and create your virtual indoor entertaining scene. Using IKEA products, you simply click your way to creating your very own mood board, choose your fave cuisine from a few tasty options and enter your scene to go in the draw.
Four winners are chosen each week – with winning entries posted up on the IKEA Home of Inspiration page. Hurry – it ends this week!

I’ve already entered the Wintertainer competition (see my date night above) – and can’t wait to see some of your stunning entries. Living in St Peters and being just moments (yes, moments) away from IKEA Tempe, I can assure you that IKEA is my go-to destination for affordable home updates – and there’s no better time than winter to get your pad looking pretty!).
