The Opus Design Website Launches – Bringing You Brand New Homewares!

Opus Design - Globe

Fabulous news just in, Creatives! The masterminds behind one of my fave brands, Opus Design, are launching a brand new e-commerce website today. What does that mean for you? Online Shopping! I had the pleasure of touring the Opus Design Co store in Paddington back in April and not only will goodies from this store feature on the website, but the other two stores (Opus Paddington and Octopus) will also be showing off their wares!

Opus Design - English Salt and Pepper Shakers

As one of Australia’s leading retailers in novelties, gifts and homewares, Opus has been around for what feels like a glorious eternity (they’ll be 45 in September, in fact!). This new website, which pulls together a careful curation of products from all three Opus stores, is all about enhancing the shopping experience and is going to feature some exclusive, online-only deals (yes please!).

“The world is already filled to the brim with boring stuff, so why would we add to that pile?” asks Opus Director Chris Tourgelis. “Instead, we take pride in scouring the globe for things that are unique, quirky and downright awesome”.

And downright awesome is pretty much how I would describe Opus Design – it’s a colour explosion of quirk and charm that veers away from banal and keeps things light-hearted. The snaps in this post are from my Opus Design Co store tour and give you a little insight as to what you can expect from the new website.

Opus Design - Aqua Bike

Are you as in love with bold colours and quirky decor as I am? I would pretty much move into this store if they’d install a shower for me. And by the way Opus, you glorious girl – you don’t look a day over 30!
