Inside the new Kmart 2017 Homewares & Furniture Range
Last week I was fortunate enough to get a look into the brand new Kmart 2017 homewares and furniture range. And let me assure you; there were many, many gasp-worthy moments to be had.
If you’re a fan of a bargain and love home style on a shoestring (which I’m guessing you do), then this new collection is sure to have you experiencing fits of joy and rapture. Well, that’s what I was experiencing as I walked through the event.
The pieces were staged in a stunning home in Melbourne’s south, and it really elevated the entire look and feel of the pieces on offer. Just wait until you see the slideshow below – it’s stellar!
Kmart 2017 Homewares: Bargains at every Turn!
Budget buys are everywhere in this collection, which is split into a few different themes (scandi style and a more luxe look dominated the preview). There are gorgeous ottomans, for example, which feature beautiful jewel tones – and they start from just $29. The gold and silver sequins cushions you see in the bed below are an absolute steal at only $12. And there’s even a sublime faux hide rug for only $39.
I always say that it’s important to invest in sturdy, long-lasting pieces or furniture for your home (and overlay budget decor on top), so this is exactly what you need if you’re after an affordable revamp; a stylish injection of budget decor that feels seriously on-trend.
There’s Furniture on Offer, too
Furniture, I should point out, is also on offer here. From bar carts to dining chairs, outdoor seating and beyond… there’s a wide range of kit on offer. On the day, I was most taken by the divine faux marble coffee table in a stunning black colour story. It has a matching side table, which you can see above. It was chic x 1000 and I reckon it’ll fly out the door.
All of the items you see in this post are hitting Kmart stores and online from February. I asked if all stores are stocking all items and I got a firm yes, so prepare to hit your local Kmart (elbows out – ready to go wild) to stock up on your faves.
What pieces here are giving you heart palpitations? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below.
