All of my outer space childhood dreams have been realised thanks to the brand new Celeste fabric and wallpaper collection from Sydney stylist Tim Neve.
As a child, I was obsessed with the solar system. I still recall only getting 19.5 out of 20 for a year five project on the solar system. I’m gutted to this day as to why my teacher refused to give me full marks. But that’s a side issue we can explore some other time (or not at all).
My adoration of all things galactic has been awoken thanks to Tim’s recent collaboration with textile studio Spark Studio. And I hope you’re as thrilled as I am to cast your eyes of the stunning options on offer!
The Celeste Collection from Tim Neve + Sparkk Studio
In the new collection, Celeste, Tim has moved away from his typical coastal aesthetic (click here to see his equally impressive nautical designs). It’s a whole new realm in this new range, which focuses on strong veined, organic patterns.
Tim has also utilised inky backgrounds alongside a slew of paint techniques that’ve created the awesome, free-flowing patterns you see here.
On-trend geometric forms also emerge, as do vintage astronomy diagrams, which add a layer of authenticity to the designs.
The Celeste collection is made up of eight patterns across more than 40 colourways, with some designs available for custom colouring to suit your project.
As mentioned above, this collection has been produced in conjunction with Sydney textile studio Sparkk Studio, who I am also a huge fan of. They’ve been churning out amazing pieces for years with some of the best in the business, and I’ve used them on a few of my styling projects in the past.
The fabric designs have also been manufactured into quality cushion covers and statement tableware items. And you know how much I adore me some cushions!
