The Marble Brand that’s Taking the Country by Storm

When I spoke to Inside Out stylists a few weeks back on the blog, I was so relieved to hear that marble was still a trend they were fully behind. I love it, I live for it and I don’t see it going away anytime soon either.

I image that the dynamic duo behind new Aussie brand Allegra Stone must be breathing a similar sigh of relief. They have just, after all, launched their new business; specialising in the most amazing marble pieces for the home.

Spanning across tableware, kitchenware, decorative gems and small storage, the pieces in the Allegra Stone range are undeniably luxe and lovely, and are inspired by the female form.

The ladies behind the brand – Leonie and Anita – have combined their two skill-sets to make this brand a hit.

Leonie is the lady behind well-known label Stone Inspired (whose coasters have been on the blog before), and Anita is a social media maven who previously produced stunning soy candles.

“We started in April 2015 after a spontaneous conversation about collaborating our existing businesses,” Anita tells me. “Soon enough we discovered that we shared a similar love of marble and homewares and the conversation took an exciting turn towards launching our own marble homewares range”.

Though the brand is fairly young, the ladies have hit the ground running and are already learning a lot about themselves and their customers.

“Knowledge is power,” Anita explains. “The more we learn about others and their needs, wants and desires the better we are at our job!”.

Something tells me that getting people to want and desire their products is a walk in the park for this design duo. Take one look at the images in this post and you’ll be hard-pressed not to get heart palpitations!
