The Ultimate in Organic Body Care for Amazing Winter Skin
Like anyone who spends a lot of time outdoors, my poor skin cops a bit of a beating. Sweat, wind, rain, dirt, sand and sun… it’s all part of my daily life with Lazy Girl Fitness and, let’s be honest, none of it is conducive to soft and smooth skin.
Add to that the fact that I’ve got quite a lot of sensitivities and you’ll probably understand why I choose to be quite particular about what what body care products I use on my body.
Beach Road Naturals: Body Care at its Best
To be honest, that’s why sampling this new range of soaps and body oils from Beach Road Naturals has me so excited. A laid back and relaxed local brand created on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, their products feature Australian, organic and sustainable ingredients, with high quality oils sourced directly from the farmers wherever possible. They don’t test on animals (massive tick from me) but they do test on their family and friends (far more acceptable in my opinion).
The range is only small at the moment, which has allowed them to really focus on producing some amazing body care products. The fast-absorbing body oil is perfect for pre-bed application (when I’m not tanning that is… but there’s a whole other post in that), and while I’m not usually one for soap, the coconut oil bar is super nourishing and restorative. It’s made from coconut oil (obvs…) plus jojoba oil, chia seed oil, Vitamin E, shea butter and macadamia oil.
There’s also a goats milk baby bar in the range, and it’s been specially formulated for super sensitive baby skin. I’ll be giving this one to my nephew to try, but don’t hold your breath while you wait for any clear feedback from him; he’s three and a half months old and doesn’t seem to be saying much yet.
The packaging is absolutely perfect too – it’s got a super beachy vibe and is exactly the kind of thing you’d be very happy to receive on Christmas morning. Well, I would anyway (if anyone is listening). One look at it and I’m dreaming of those month-long family holidays to the beach we took every January while I was growing up… bliss.
Quality ingredients, cool vibe, gorgeous packaging and all locally made products. If you’re looking for a new body care range, I reckon this might just be it.
