I love a bit of quirk when it comes to the decor pieces I have in my home. So when I laid eyes upon these concrete skull lamps, it only made sense that I first have heart palpitations over them and then share them with you - along with the story of how they're made by designer Jesse Ferrino.
Moroccan decor does amazing things with pattern and colour. It's these characterises that make me so smitten with it. Today on the blog I'm showcasing 10 of my fave Moroccan-inspired homewares finds. Your pad will become a cave of colour and culture in no time!
Today is Red Nose Day - a very worthy cause that's dedicated to saving the lives of babies and children during pregnancy, birth and beyond (you can donate here if you fancy). I thought it very fitting then, that I share some of my fave red homewares finds with you. They're eye catching, vibrant and sure to bring a little cheer and warmth to your pad this winter!
I love bold decor that makes a statement and hexagon homewares really play up the drama. Edgier than a round shape but more relaxed than a square, hexagons are hot to trot! Here are 10 hexagonal homewares finds you're going to fall hard for, from lamps to cushions and everything in between.
Winter is on the way and Autumn is already shaping up to be a chilly one. Personally, I'm on cloud, as I absolutely adore the cold. If you're not as smitten with the cooler seasons as I am, my collection of winter online homewares picks might just win you over.
I always go batty for a new product range, and the latest pieces from the IKEA PS Collection are definitely making my heart skip a beat. Bold, bright and futuristically functional, these five are by far my fave from the range. Time to high-tail it to IKEA Temple, stat!
I'm a huge fan of vintage decor. I love that a piece has lived a life and has a story to tell. I had been eyeing off Reclaim Newtown for some time for this very reason. Not only is it filled to the brim with homewares, fashion and stationery that I have seen nowhere else, but it also has the added bonus of being owned and operated by the glorious Monica Trapaga - jazz singer and Play School alumni! The store is a collection of her favourite things (and now some of mine, too!).
