The winning design from the course, would you believe, actually gets their rug produced by Designer Rugs! I sat down with the recent winner from the Cert IV course, Wahroonga mum Tina Murray-Walker, to discuss the design process, her time in the course and what doors have opened for her since winning.

Pendant Lighting in Papaya MosmanWhen the team from Papaya invited me for an exclusive tour of their Mosman store last week, it's safe to say I was a little beside myself. I've been a longtime fan of the brand, always rather fond of their contemporary designs and use of raw materials. When I stepped into the interior of this North Sydney oasis, it was like being transported into another universe, where I lost my mind in the best way possible and am not certain I have it back yet.

Real Living Magazine StackIf you love homewares like I do, you have a stack of magazines that you can't bare to part with. I had mine with issue one of Real Living Magazine way back in 2005.

Certificate in Design at ISCDFor so long, I've been eager to become more than just someone who was utterly obsessed with interior design. I took the first step toward my dream of becoming a fully-fledged stylist and shot them an email.
