I'd always known that styling a photo shoot wasn't easy, but it wasn't until I hit Temple & Webster HQ a few weeks back and saw the team in action that I realised just how laborious it can be. I sat down with T&W's Head of Styling, Jessica Bellef, to get the scoop on what she and Senior Stylist Adam Powell deal with daily when they're putting together their glorious homewares shoots.

It was, in fact, six months ago, and boy has she been a busy gal between then and now! The creative mastermind has gone from producing geometric stationery to launching a full-blown, breathtaking range of cushions and phone covers. They're all stamped with her signature style, of course, and I for one am going a bit gaga over them. Alert the authorities: I am about to swoon!
Self-confessed design nerd Emma Blomfield works not only as a stylist for her own company, Nest Designs, but as a homewares buyer too. “I see all the products before they are released to the stores, so I can see what trends are coming out”. Jealousy alert! I caught up with this very talented lady - and put my envy aside for just a moment - to learn more about her work, home style and the trends that make her heart race the most.
If it's one thing Mumma Creative has been telling me for years, it's that brights and whites don't mix. While this is of course true when it comes to washing your clothes (if I find one more pink shirt!) the same cannot be said for home decor.
