How It Works

We’ll come to your home to look over your space, examine your needs, talk about your design preferences and ensure we’re on the same page stylistically. We’ll make notes, look at inspiration imagery and measure up.


Post-consultation, we’ll be able to provide you with a rough idea of costs. The first cost will be our design fee, based on how many hours we believe we’ll work on your project.


Once the agreement is signed, we start sourcing all of the products for your home. We’ll provide you with a full specification sheet per room, which outlines imagery of the products, their cost and the dimensions.


Once all of the products are delivered to your home, we’ll come and style the room so it reaches its full design potential. If we’re working on multiple rooms, we may be back and forth at your home a few times.

We Manage Everything

Many designers and decorators leave you to deal with tradespeople yourself. TLC Interiors manages all aspects of the project.

If a painter, tiler, electrician or other trades-person is required, we’ll source them, lock in a time and manage this process for you. We are your point of contact at all times unless you request otherwise.

We’re Transparent

We’re very honest with how our pricing works, how many hours we spend on the project, how we charge you and what products we’re sourcing for your home.

We invoice you weekly for the time we spend on your project so you have a very clear idea of how the project is unfolding.

We Pass on Savings

We have fantastic relationships with our suppliers, most of which are wholesale and most of which do not sell to the public.

This means that you not only get unique pieces for your home that you won’t see in stores, but we’re able to pass on significant savings to you.

We’re Flexible

Some clients give us keys to their home so we have access at all times. Other clients wish to be present every time we’re there. Everyone is different and we are more than happy to accommodate your needs.

Some clients are happy to approve products off the specification sheet we supply, while others want to be part of the shopping experience and see products in-person. Again, this is completely at your discretion and what works for you.
