The Interior Decorating Process
01. CONSULTATION
Our design director, Chris, will visit your home for a 90-minute session to answer all of your questions, give design advice, and build a list of the recommended decorating solutions to resolve each space.
02. CONCEPT
Once you sign on as a client, we’ll build your tailored design concept. This detailed presentation contains mood boards, furniture layouts, exact product recommendations and more. We present this to you in-home.
03. SOURCING
Once our ideas are approved by you, we’ll visit our supplier showrooms together to road test products in person. We’ll then get you to approve the items for purchase, ready to be delivered or placed in storage.
04. STYLING
Once your furniture is ready, we’ll shop for the decorative pieces for each room, then visit your home with our team to arrange furniture and style the decor – so your home is fully resolved and ready to enjoy.

Discovery Call
FREE
- We’ll spend 20 minutes on a call together to ascertain the scope of your project, talk you through our end-to-end decorating process, discuss your ideal timeframes, plus get a feel for the budget you’d like to invest in the transformation of your home.
In-Home Consultation
$440
- In this 90-minute in-home session we’ll determine your ideal design style, get a full brief for each room from you, plus answer all of your design questions. A comprehensive proposal is sent over to you afterwards recapping everything we discuss on the day.
Project Fee

- We’ll determine the fee for your project after your 90-minute consultation (once the scope of work is confirmed). There are three progress payments spread across the duration of the project, and you’ll know exactly what you need be invest before you sign on.

Chris Carroll
Chris is a qualified interior decorator, transforming homes with his signature aesthetic of approachable luxury since 2013.
He and the team decorate Melbourne and its surrounds, following a proven process that delivers tailored, liveable and curated style for a home you can live in and love.
Chris believes that it’s the furniture and decor that make the home. There’s no point having a great facade, or a stunning floor plan, if the rooms don’t feel right and support the how you live.
A former writer and presenter, Chris shares his decorating advice and inspiration on the TLC Interiors blog, and has previously featured on shows like Sunrise, The Morning Show, Changing Rooms and more.
