Where to Buy the Best French Linen Quilt Cover Sets

Nothing gets me happier in the bedroom than the feel of a French linen quilt cover set.

I don’t know if it’s the delicate fabric, the graceful drape as it cascades off the edge of the bed, or the range of glorious colours available. It’s probably a combination of all three qualities, actually. There’s something so wonderfully charming about linen on a bed that just gets me every time.

If you’ve been considering a French linen quilt cover set for your bed, you’re in luck. I’m going to tell you the best local supplier to get one from in today’s post. With colder weather approaching, now is the perfect time to think about layers on your bedscape. Yes, bedscape is a term I’ve just made up and you should totally start using it.

And here’s the added bonus: I’m giving a quilt cover set away as part of my February blog giveaway. Christmas has come really early. Or a bit late. One of the two. Scroll down to the end of this post to enter the draw. You’re not going to want to miss out on this one.

L&M Home: The Best in Beautiful Bed Linen

L&M Home are one of my first go-to brands when I’m sourcing bedding for clients. They’re a Melbourne-based business with a vibe that really appeals to me. Their whole ethos is around worldly inspiration and approachable luxury. And I like to think that all of my interior design and styling projects have that same sense of easy sophistication. So we’re two peas in a pod in that respect.

The other bonus of L&M Home is that they stock beautiful pieces well beyond just bed linen. Previously known as Linen & Moore, this local biz has oodles of dazzling cushions available on their website. And they all evoke that feel of worldly luxury the brand has become so well-known for. There’s also mirrors, baskets, blankets, throws and a whole host of homewares available to shop as well.

It takes a keen eye to curate a cohesive collection that feels quite rich and meaningful, but director Anna Lofts manages this perfectly. Having grown up in Norway and now calling Melbourne home, you can see traces of her heritage at play in the L&M Home range.

Anna has the exciting job or travelling the globe to source new and exciting products for the brand, from Asia to Europe and beyond. She also visits India each year to work with suppliers there, and to oversee the manufacturing processes. The result is an Aussie brand with international flavour, stocking pieces that are soothing, sumptuous and special.

Whether you’re after a French linen quilt cover set, sheet set, cushions or decor, you can now confidently add L&M Home to your bookmarks. And you can also follow them on Instagram here 😉

French Linen Quilt Cover Sets, in so Many Colours

What’s so good about L&M Home’s Mondo French linen range is that it’s perfect for any climate. The material is so wonderfully light and soft in summer, but then come Autumn and Winter it does so much work to keep you warm and snuggly.

Mondo linen will only soften and improve with age, so you can wash it again and again without worry it’s going to deteriorate the material. And I love that (as you can see in the photos here) you can mix and match the colours to create your own dream bedding look. Pop a navy and charcoal together for a moody master bedroom vibe, or keep it warm and striking with tobacco and white.

It’s the ability to constantly change up the look and feel that gives this bedding longevity. And if you need a throw or some scatter cushions to complete the look, L&M Home have those too! You know I love a full bedding look!

The French linen quilt cover sets from L&M Home are available in so many colourways. Choose from tones like White, Natural, Navy, Rosa, Tobacco, Stripe, Storm Stripe, Charcoal and Smoke. Each piece is carefully double stitched to preserve the simplistic aesthetic of linen, and also stone washed and pre-shrunk to create a rustic yet refined look.
