  1. We started planning to move to a Regional City in my mid-30s. It took 5 years to get there. It was a sea change. We have since moved again for a green change to a small town. All amenities inc a Hospital. Don’t hold back if you want to move. Just do it!

  3. Hi Chris, I live in the country and see a lot of similarities in this new home to my old (as in heritage!) one, which we are still renovating. Mine is not as sophisticated at this, but it has given me food for thought with my decorating plans. I try to keep a modern homestead feel when choosing things. Thanks for this surprising post.
And good luck with the ankle healing.

    1. Hey Barb. Thank you for your kind words. I am on the mend ๐Ÿ™‚ This home is the gorgeous Davenport by Metricon in Warragul – isn’t it truly magical? I’ve been in it myself and gasped constantly at the phenomenal design.

  6. So much love for this home Chris – any chance you can find out the paint colours used in the open living area ? They are perfect for what I’m looking for ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I actually asked the designer from Metricon for the colour myself so I could use it in a client home. It’s gorgeous isn’t it? It’s Dulux Celtic Sky.

      1. Thanks Chris. I love the feature wall colour but it looks much more green tones to Celtic Sky. Do you know what the main colour is too ? Love the moody green/ greys trending at the moment.
