  1. Chris,
I just discovered your blog and it is fabulous! I went to order items and realized that you are in Australia, and vendors don’t send it USA.
Can you direct me towards a blogger in USA that has similar style and input as you? Thanks for your help. I will continue to follow your work! Patsy.

  2. Lovely arrangements. I have a glass round table. Saw one pic with a Jonathan Adler vase. I have 3 from the former Room and Board pieces on a room divider and have been seeking additional pieces for my coffee table. Room and Board no longer carries. Any suggestions ?

  3. Recently purchased new living room sofa and loveseat. Flooring is dark and curtains fairly new with 3 colors so I’ve had a challenge to choose perfect accessories for coffee table and side table. Everything’s beautiful. I have some odd items and with choice shopping I’ve been able to coordinate everything. I’ve chosen items to go along with the season. Fall for now and looking forward to changing to Christmas in a couple of months.

  4. I agree with you Chris it needs to function but we need to feed the soul and our aesthetic sense also otherwise we may as well live in a sterile office or warehouse

  5. Form follows function. All this is dust collecting poser stuff for a Insta post?! Where is the coffee, iPad…. leave space/ table for living, otherwise get rid of the consumerism stuff that ends up in land fill.

    1. Hey W, I get where you’re coming from, and the ‘living’ stuff is super important. But I don’t agree that you shouldn’t have objects you love on your coffee table. If we approached the entire home purely from a functional perspective then we’d end up with an empty house. Art is not functional, for example, but I see it as absolutely necessary. I think people should definitely approach design with a ‘buy once, but well’ mentality for some things, which would help reduce on waste. But I don’t see anything wrong with objects that gather dust if you love them. Thanks for your comment.
