  1. I think some of these ideas are lovely, but nowhere do I see even one remark about light conditions needed to keep a plant alive and thriving. Many of the suggestions are for center of the room, over the TV, in bookcases or neglected corners, none of which would have enough light unless the room had gigantic windows or skylights. And anyone who uses their fireplace regularly knows the mantle is no place for a plantโ€”too hot and dry. Itโ€™s not hard to find places where plants look beautiful inside your houseโ€ฆmuch harder to find places they will also thrive.

  2. I just found this awesome page looking for ideas for my new apartment, and my favorite is the shelving around the TV on the wall. That is gonna be my new set up for sure I love โค it!!!

  3. When I moved all our plants to the bathroom for their “shower” treatment the whole family noticed their absence!
I group them or use as a table/side table decoration but planning to indulge and spent some more money on one big plant for the sofa corner near the window – it’s needed

  4. I am definitely #25! I live in a jungle, keep collecting and growing plants from cuttings, seeds, whatever is thrown away but still living… it is taking over the space (mainly white walls and light-coloured wood furnitures) making it more relaxing and contrasted while consistent (green colour of the plants).
My advice: go wild and let them grow and multiply, it creates a unique decoration.

    1. Ha! I just stumbled across this and this actually is my living room! ๐Ÿ™‚ Glad you like it the best! Marita x
